The right people, ramped fast. CallCore Media helps you recruit and train call center agents, covering hiring, screening, onboarding and ongoing development, so new agents get productive sooner, perform better and stay longer.
Hiring for a call center is its own discipline, and most operations treat it as an HR task rather than an operational one. The result is a pipeline that produces bodies rather than performers, and an attrition rate that quietly eats the gains from everything else you are doing.
We build a pipeline that runs continuously rather than being spun up in a panic each time you need headcount, and screen with a live role-play scored against the same rubric you will use for QA — because a CV tells you almost nothing about how someone handles an objection.
New agents are trained on your offer, your scripts and your compliance requirements specifically, and have to reach a passing QA score before they take a live call. Launch day should not be a learning day.
Training does not stop at week two. Structured coaching, a skills path and a reason to stay are what turn a three-month agent into a two-year one — and tenured agents convert measurably better than new ones.
Most call centers believe they coach. What most of them do is score calls, publish the scores and hope. Scoring is measurement; coaching is what happens afterwards, and it is where almost all of the value is.
A scorecard should be answerable the same way by two different reviewers. We write every criterion as an observable behaviour with a yes or no answer, keep the card short, and calibrate reviewers monthly — drift is constant and invisible until you measure it.
A session that lists six things to improve changes nothing. We coach one behaviour, using a real recording of it going wrong and one of a peer getting it right, then agree how you will both know it has changed and set a date to check.
If eighteen of twenty agents miss the same criterion, that is one scripting or training fix, not twenty coaching conversations. Splitting systemic faults from individual ones is the single highest-leverage change most floors can make.
We build your hiring and training pipeline the same way we run our own: continuously, and measured on what happens after the agent is on the floor rather than on how many you hired.
01
Before sourcing anyone we define what good looks like: the behaviours that correlate with conversion in your vertical, the licensing and compliance requirements, the shift pattern, and the ramp curve you should expect.
02
We run the pipeline — sourcing channels, screening including live role-play, offer and onboarding — and train new starters on your campaign specifically, to a passing QA score before they take live calls.
03
Then we track ramp time, QA score and tenure together, and keep coaching. If scores rise while tenure falls, the programme is pressuring people rather than developing them, and we would rather catch that early.
Ramp is the part most operations plan worst. Here is the curve we work to, and what we watch at each stage.
01
Product, script, systems and compliance training, with certification against the QA scorecard at the end. Agents who cannot reach the standard do not go live — putting them on the phones anyway costs more than replacing them.
02
Live calls in a supported environment with daily reviews and rapid feedback. This is where most of the behaviour is set, and where under-investing shows up six months later as attrition.
03
Onto normal targets, with weekly one-behaviour coaching and a visible skills path. We watch QA score and tenure together from here on, because a campaign that only works when everyone is new is not a campaign.
We recruit and train agents for businesses across the country, using the same national pipeline that staffs our own campaigns.
Because we hire across the country rather than within commuting distance of an office, we can screen for vertical experience and state licensing instead of geography — which widens the pool considerably and improves who you end up with.
A remote-first model means we can build and train your team wherever you are in the USA, and scale the pipeline up or down with your demand rather than starting one from cold each time.
We recruit and train agents for businesses nationwide, and three states make up a large share of our work. Wherever you operate, we know the federal and state rules that apply.
