Outbound dial windows are set per campaign and per state within the permitted calling hours, and inbound coverage is set by what a client needs — including extended hours and weekend coverage where the volume justifies it. If after-hours coverage matters to you, say so in your first message, because it changes how we scope the staffing plan in our managed operations.

For a firm quote we need three things: the scope of work, the volume involved, and the vertical. With those we can usually quote within a few business days.

In practice that means, for outsourced call center services: expected inbound or outbound volume, hours of coverage, the qualification standard a call has to meet, and any licensing requirement for the agents. For a consulting engagement it means the size of the operation, what you already have in place, and how deep you want the diagnostic to go.
